Chapman service was exceptional!

Chapman service was exceptional! I have a new F-150 that I’ve completed all service at Chapman even though I bought it at a different dealer. What I appreciate is their clear communication and positive experience delivered when I arrive. In addition, if they make a mistake—-they fix it. None of us are perfect—it’s about how you fix it and make it right. Bob is one of their service leaders and he supports his team in delivering great service! Thanks Bob!

From initial order through delivery Michael Brill was

From initial order through delivery Michael Brill was pleasant and honest. Whenever a question would arise he would try to answer and if he did not have the answer he would find someone who did. There was never any typical dealer xx one expects. I did have to pay full MSRP and about a $1000 in add on but for a MachE that was expected. The price did increase after the order was submitted but the dealership honored the original price. there was no attempt to increase the price from what was initially agreed to. I was impressed buy Chapman Ford and especially Michael Brill.

I would like to give a Big Texas Shout out to Tim Beal,

I would like to give a Big Texas Shout out to Tim Beal, service Advisor and Richard Sutton,Transmission Tech. These two individuals were so helpful in getting my wife and i back on the road. Two stranded strangers from N Central Texas with transmission problems and on a tight schedule. Tim ordering parts to be on hand at our arrival and keeping us informed. Richard making the correct diagnosis of the problem and busting his rear finishing the car in front of us so we could be attended too. (Teamwork) The professional staff at Chapman Ford just can't be beat. While waiting for repairs to be made,our visit with Milton Ward, David Kohler was most enjoyable. What a Great TEAM Chapman Ford I would trust these Folks

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Prompt and professional. Tom, my service writer, is very informative and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly. Great job!

Jamie Palmisano “Internet Sales Director” employs the shadiest of business practices to bait and switch customers. Written offers from her were blatantly ignored and then more fees were added, drastically effecting the original offer. When conversation continues, she will publicly accuse you of not being able to afford the vehicle anyway. Pathetic excuses from a predatory salesman, if you love a bait and switch, come to Chapman.

Amie was amazing. I arrived at the dealership early, and she arranged for a co-worker to meet with me and help with the sales. Amie ended up finishing the sales due to the time required to inspect the truck. What an amazing experience, well done Amie.

I'm glad Dominic happened to be the one who answered my call when I was looking for an Escape hybrid - he has a lot of energy but wasn't pushy. Dominic and Bryan helped me put together exactly the package I wanted and were transparent about the warranty/service programs. Thanks guys!
