Took my vehicle in for an oil change, service and...
Took my vehicle in for an oil change, service and alignment on 12-1-20. I asked for the truck NOT to be washed and the truck was washed to their standards, not the standard I brought it in as. The alignment they did was worse than when I brought the truck to them, and this was supposedly after they test drove it. I was charged for an extra quart of oil I didn't need or use and they neglected to grease anything on the front end. They also returned the truck to me minus a radiator cap, and I only found that out when I went to the parts store to replace my air filter for 15 bucks, not their outrageous fee. I absolutely will never take anything to this place again, and as someone older who depends on dealerships to do the work I pay handsomely for, and to be honest and thorough in their workmanship I must say I am more than disappointed, I am thoroughly disgusted.

Michael is one of the best sales reps I have worked with...
Michael is one of the best sales reps I have worked with (and I have bought several cars with different sales people), and he has made it to the top of the list! I came in at 8pm at night, after trying to buy at a different Ford dealership, and was hoping they would help me find the perfect truck that was a gift for my mother's birthday. He did exactly that. He was never pushy, 100% patient with my 8 year old daughter, even considering we were there all the way up to 11pm at night finalize everything. He even gave us snacks and drinks due to the time of night. He, and Chapman, helped make the process smooth and made my mother have the greatest birthday ever. Thank you!

I would like to give a big shout out to Rosi Williams in Service. I had my unit at another dealership with transmission issues where it sat for 8 days without anyone looking at it. I had a driver out of town and the additional downtime was a problem. I paid the additional cost to have it towed to Chapman Ford.. Rosi was my Service Advisor. She was a joy to work with on my repair. She got my truck in looked at and repaired in a matter of days. She was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. She kept me updated and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. My truck was repaired and cleaned and looked like it was showroom ready when we picked it up. I cannot thank Rosi enough for her great work and care that she showed me as an out of town customer. Being a Fleet Manager, I have dealt with many Service Departments in my 20+ year career. I can easily say that this was the best service experience of all. Chapman Ford has a great, dedicated employee in Rosi.

Great Service from John Dichristofano
We just purchased a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid from John Dichristofano at Chapman Ford in Scottsdale Az. Amazingly enough, it was a very pleasant, professional experience from beginning to end. We shopped at several dealerships but John was the only salesperson who went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our Escape, no pressure just hard work on his part. We highly recommend John and the rest of the team at Chapman if you in the market for a car, good folks. And this comes from a car dealership cynic!!

Mike Brill was a perfect salesman for me. He didn't waste time and he listened to what my wife and I need. Then when the vehicle needed to be serviced for a recall he stuck by us every step until ite was completed. Great asset to have! Coming back from Flagstaff two weeks ago I experienced...
Coming back from Flagstaff two weeks ago I experienced the dreaded "death wobble" on my 2019 F250. As Chapman is close to my work I decided that I would call them to see what they could do for me. Called on a Monday and they offered to get me in that afternoon but I decided to wait until Tuesday morning. I dropped it off, they dropped me off at work, and I picked it up that afternoon. Ran it back up last weekend to make sure it was good to go and it is. Extremely satisfied with the work they did as well as how quickly they were able to get me in and get it completed. They also noticed that my batteries were leaking and replaced them under warranty at the same time. They have certainly earned my business from here on out. Timothy Beal was extremely helpful and forthcoming and quite frankly I couldn't have asked for more.

Disaster
Negotiated a price and pick up date with Kelly Cooper and sales manager over the phone to buy a new Fusion Hybrid. After driving four and a half hours to Scottsdale on the agreed upon date, we discover the unit that was listed on cars.com as new actually had 2100 miles on it and was a demo/loaner car that had been loaned out the day before we drove there. We said no thanks and drove another four hours home. Obviously, we were disappointed and felt foolish for having trusted them to perform as promised. Bruising experience that refects poorly on Ford.

I've owned many cars and this by far was the best experience I've had in buying. My fiancé was extremely nervous about the process and Brett put her at ease with his joking and personality. Thank you again for a great deal and the people were superb through out the entire process.
