Very disappointed in our experience with salesman Ahn...

Very disappointed in our experience with salesman Ahn today. My father and I were looking at a new F-150 and wanted to compare 2 engine models. When we had communicated that we were just doing our preliminary searches and possibly were not going to buy today, he disregarded any of our questions. We test drove the first truck and had returned to the dealership he said he had another customer waiting and did not want to pull out the second one for us to look at. Overall very unprofessional and even if a customer is not ready to buy today, they should still take care of them until all needs are met. I work at a dealership nearby and would be ashamed if any of the salesmen acted in this manner.

The vehicle I wanted was not yet available but the second it was Dedrick called me. He was very persistent on checking everyday to see if it had become available. He is very friendly and honest. I will definitely be referring people to him. Thank you for the good experience and I love my truck.

MY NEW TO ME 2017 FORD EXPLORER SPORT

I started this journey with Jamie Palmisano (Internet Director for Chapman Ford) She was very pleasant and got the ball running for me. From there I worked with Kelly Cooper. What a fantastic person she is. She was able to make the transaction so easy. We worked the whole deal over the phone and when I showed up at the dealership all I had to so was test drive my new Explorer have my Charger appraised and sign the paperwork. I was in and out of the dealership in about 1 hour. Who has ever heard of going to a dealership and buying a car in 1 hour. Never in my lifetime. I would recommend Kelly to all if you are looking for a New or Used car at Chapman Ford. Thanks Kelly and Jaimie for everything. Tom

Chapman Ford has always given me the best service over the years. I highly recommend this dealership. Service adviser and master mechanic are very knowledgeable and professional.

Used Car Purchase

Buyers beware of sneaky tricks pulled during the Purchased Order signing. I had negotiated a price with my sales person, they told me the car price, what the registration license fee was, doc fee, etc.. and we had a deal. Then during the signing of the deal with the finance person I notice the sale price and total price were correct. She did not go line by line through the agreement. My mistake for trusting them. Then when I arrived home I notice the registration license fee was really low. I contacted one of the sales persons I was dealing with and they also didn’t understand it at first. But, they eventually found out I was given a 3 ½ month period for my license Tabs and they boosted their profits on the add-ons in the deal. Very sneaky low down trick.

When I showed up to the dealership with my parents, my only intention was to look at a Velocity Blue Mustang with the Pony Package and weigh my choices on whether I wanted the Race Red color, or the Velocity Blue. We dealt with a salesman by the name of Dedrick. He was very accommodating, put me at ease when going through the purchasing process, and he was very complimentary in that he told me I could drive every Mustang on the lot if I needed to in order to find the one for me. I appreciate everyone at Chapman Ford for their sincerity and thensome. Would definitely go back for a possible future purchase.

I was amazed at the friendliness and courtesy of everyone

I was sceptical to enter this dealer at first but it only took a few seconds to decide that this was going to be a wonderful experience and one that should be shared with other dealers. I felt as though I had been using this brand new location for years of buying automobiles, when in act it was my first visit. I have never bought a car on the first visit until now and I have bought many cars and spent hundreds of hours in dealerships over that last 55 years. I was treated with respect but also as a friend and it was just a pleasant place to buy an automobile. My hats off to this group of great employees. Thank you for treating me like family, especially with this horrid virus that has struck us. John and Justin you and the rest of the team are fantastic. Warmest wishes to you all.
