Honest this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever...

Honest this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Dedrick spent basically his whole workday with us driving and than re-driving Jeeps to make sure I got what I wanted. He was friendly and fun and we actually enjoyed our day. He also went the extra mile after the sale when my check engine light came on, he brought me a rental car & took mine back to Scottsdale (far). He never seemed annoyed or bothered.good guy. We would definitely send out friends and family straight to him.

My wife and I went to Chapman Ford to look at a truck...

My wife and I went to Chapman Ford to look at a truck that was listed online. The customer sales rep talked to us while they were pulling up the truck. we told him we needed a truck with more towing capacity than the one we had. He listened and proposed to us more optional trucks. We ended up purchasing a truck that was way more than we ever thought we could get. they were still able to stay within our budget. the whole experience was great. We have purchased more than a dozen vehicles from dealerships and hated the experience. We will never go to any other dealership again. Thank You, Thank You.

I have been researching a new truck for over a year....

I have been researching a new truck for over a year. While Chapman Ford has a large inventory, they didn't have quite what I wanted; Michael Brill was enormously helpful in keeping me up to date on newly arriving inventory and showing me the numerous different configurations of trucks and drivetrains Ford offers. The Chapman Ford management did their best to sell me a truck on the lot for a good price but ultimately I decided on ordering a truck to my exact specifications. Once again, Michael Brill did an outstanding job with helping me through the ordering process. Over the past year and dozens of test drives at multiple dealerships in the valley, he was one of a very few that kept the customer first. Thanks again!

Long story short: Through great customer service and making me a priority Michael Brill sold me the car I always wanted. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly and helpful. Michael was a great at taking me seriously even with some odd buying conditions. I would choose this dealership if I need anything ford because of the people here.

BOUGHT 2016 HONDA CIVIC
