Purchased a Used Certified KIA Telluride. Ronnie Harris (Salesperson) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding of our vehicle needs. Sales process was very simple and easy. Did have a couple of issues- Service Department addressed our needs - issues resolved. A very pleasant experience with both Sakes and Service Departments.

UPDATED REVIEW: I’m updating my review to reflect the fact that Hendrick Kia ultimately made things right and has been easy to deal with since. I really appreciate Luke for following up when he saw my concerns. He didn’t make excuses, he just offered a sincere apology and an easy fix. When I came in, the service department was also extremely pleasant and helpful. I understand that even at good businesses, things can sometimes fall through the cracks. What matters most is how they handle it: and, in the end, Hendrick Kia handled it well. Thank you. ------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a very disappointing experience buying my certified pre-owned Kia from this dealership in early May. Immediately after signing all the paperwork, I was abruptly told they only had one key fob for the vehicle. It was unclear whether they had lost the second one or never had it. Either way, they waited until after the sale was finalized to tell me. I followed up multiple times but it was never resolved.
