I went there just to have an idea how I could possibly purchase a car next time. People were so kind I instantly changed my mind , I ended up purchasing a new car. That was a great experience. Thank you.

My experience with AutoNation was extremely

My experience with AutoNation was extremely disappointing. Honesty should be the number one priority when conducting business especially on a six-figure vehicle purchase. The vehicle I was interested in was listed online at $105,000. I requested and received a full out-the-door breakdown at that price. After I confirmed serious interest, the numbers changed. The price increased to $110,000, and an additional $1,500 “conditioning” fee was suddenly added. What makes this even more concerning is that other similar vehicles listed by the dealership did not carry this same conditioning fee. It only appeared after I moved forward in the buying process. When pricing shifts after engagement, it reflects poorly on transparency and raises questions about business practices. Shady adjustments and inconsistent fees do not build trust they reveal culture. Customers deserve clear, consistent pricing from the beginning. Integrity should not depend on whether a buyer is ready to move forward.

My purchase experience was made very easy and seamless. The sales agent handled all of the paperwork, and provided a thorough and professional explanation of the car mechanics and technical gadgets. I would definitely consider using this dealership in the future.

I have purchased many cars over my lifetime.

I have purchased many cars over my lifetime. However, I have never had a worse experience than I had January 2026. I came in for an estimate on my Bentley as I was considering a new car purchase. This review is not pertaining to the car I did purchase but to the quality of the salesperson I dealt with. It is hard to believe a Mercedes dealership would have hired a person with such lack of class, knowledge and general rude, obnoxious behavior. To this very writing as much as I would happily mention his name, I cannot, as he never introduced himself or had a business card. I suspect he was hired away from a Burger King, or a low end used car dealership. I could provide a host of negative observations but I have nothing to gain. I did call the dealership and spoke to a manager as they do have something to gain. Hopefully, you will never encounter the bad experience I had at this dealership. It is most obviously the screening procedure for a representative of Mercedes leaves a great deal to be desired.

MB of Coconut Creek responded to my online inquiry in a timely fashion. They provided me the information so requested. We met with Brittany on site who assisted us in finding a vehicle that met all of our wants. Te vehicle was at a sister dealership and was brought to MB of Coconut Creek. After a brief back and forth a price was agreed upon and we purchased a vehicle.
