Salesman Steve was extremely honest and helpful. Driving 3.5 hours based on salesman description was pleasantly accurate and well worth the travel. Gary was very helpful obtaining financing for a out of state customer. The three concerns I had about the vehicle were professionally corrected on a timely bases. Staff was friendly and they did not push me to purchase a vehicle. They made the process very easy and simple. The vehicle I purchased had a few scratches on it but they did a great job taking care of them along with detailing and cleaning the car I would purchase here again in the future .

....I recently purchased a used car from Liza at Star Auto Sales...I was referred by one of the Mechanics Jerry whom I had the pleasure of working with in the past...I was hoping the experience was special because I was purchasing my Daughters first vehicle....well simply put....my experience far exceeded my expectations.....Liza was "THE BEST"and the fact that Jerry safety inspected the vehicle put my mind at ease he is a "TRUE PROFESSIONAL".....also the F&I Manager Gary was extremely top notch and very personal.......my experience from beginng to end was second to none.....and I can make this statement with honesty because I have over 25 years of experience working at Car Dealerships....this Dealership provides a huge inventory of many different types of Vehicles while at the same time provides a Family type of atmosphere......which believe me...in this day and age is an art form.....

A HUGE THANK YOU to Gary at Star Auto. Wow. I totalled my car last week ....so I had no trade in. If that wasn't enough, I was still on a loan with my ex ... And with credit history the odds were against me. Gary treated me with integrity, and let me know he WOULD get me approved. That being said ... He knew which car I wanted most for my family ... And made it happen. An HONEST, no pressure, fair customer-oriented transaction. Let me tell you .. I've bought from the "major" dealerships in the past (Honda, Hyundai) but this was different. This is the absolute by far the best experience ever buying a used car from a used car lot. The sales people service people and all other people at this dealership were absolutely fantastic. Forget about Allstate and being in good hands. This is the model that should be used for the experience at this dealership. Me and my wife are extremely happy and would go there again for sure.

It had been quite awhile since I've dealt with buying a car through a dealership, and I was a somewhat nervous about it. My apprehension was eased, however, once I spoke with Steve Zanetto over at Star Auto Sales. Over the phone he was extremely polite, setting up my appointment in a very friendly and professional manner. Once I arrived and met him in person, any remaining anxiety I had was gone. I waited 2 months after I bought my car to write a review and also I inspect my car to another Subaru Dealer. I purchased a Subaru Legacy 2013 with a reasonable price and the sales person who helped me was Feven Micael she was very professional and helpful. I am very happy with the sales team at Star Auto Sales, I think that I got the maximum of the amount of money that I wanted to spend.
