I go here for all my car needs

I've had my car repaired multiple times and have always been happy with the service. They have even dropped me off at work, and dropped off the car for me after that were done. They are friendly and trustworthy company that I would recommend to anyone.

Detailing

I have had my vehicle detailed a few times from Star Auto. They are very friendly and accommodating with getting your vehicle in. When you drop it off they do offer you a ride to home or work. They do not have your vehicle the whole day either and if they do need it for the day they will make sure it is ok with you. They are professional and take notice to detail. The price is right!

Great service

I have been using Star Auto repair services for my last two repair job. The staff is friendly ,very knowledgeable and professional. The best part is the cost I have priced these jobs with other mechanics and Star Auto has beaten them all. I would not trust my car with any one else. Thank you Steve for all your hard work. Honest Advice, good pricing, kept me up-to date.

I had a Radiator replaced in a German vehicle. Seeing as everything was open at the time, timer belts and other due items were done too. The service was performed on time, and at WAY less than the dealer cost ( I've had a radiator replaced before, same model). This Using OEM parts! 7 Months later, and the repair is in excellent shape. (yes, I check under my car.)

My experince with Star Auto has been excellant. Whether purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced you can count on their honest appaorch. I had the opportunity to observe the service manager in action. On one occassion I watched him check several tire delaers to get the best price and tire for another customer while I was having my car serviced. They never over sell you. I have seen them do a minor repair when the customer was told by another service place more expensive repairs needed to be made. I have bought 2 cars there. In both cases I paid a fair price and they stood by the car if needed.It should be known I live 35 miles away and still bring my autos to them. If you want a worry free expierence for buying a car or getting one serviced Star Auto is the place.

Most honest auto/sales co I have ever dealt with

I have had my vehicles serviced there and also bought vehicles from Star Auto. They stand behind the repairs and go out of there way to make sure the customer is happy. I have witnessed the service manager going the extra mile in ensuring the customer gets the right part, repair and pays a reasonable price if not the lowest price. They are not afraid to tell a customer that a big expensive repair is not needed. They also make the buying process easy and comfotable the way it should be. I trust Star Auto So much that I travel 40 miles to bring my vehicles to them for repair-its worth the piece of mind.

Don't waste your money!

Don't bother spending money here. I went to the facility for an auto detailing job, was told about four hours, made the appointment for 8:00 in the morning, drop it off at 7:50 a.m. I allocated 5 hours to give them an extra hour in the case it takes a little bit longer. 1 p.m. came, did not hear nothing. Called at 2 p.m. the service manager answered and said they had issues with a prior car and that they started working on mine now and would be done before closing (5 pm). Now if the job takes approximately 4 hours and they started at 2 pm and would finish by closing 5 pm, you can imagine how the job would turn out. Sure enough, found they just wiped the interior leaving residue of dirt on the center console, debris behind movable seats, wheel well had grime in it, etc. Don't waste your money, the least they could have done is call me if they were failing behind and give me a heads up and the option at that point to continue. After allocating the five hours the job turn out be more like 9 hours and I lost 3 hours of my own productivity. By the way the charge me the full sale price. I would not be going there again.

Dream Car

Sales person (Evangeline) was outstanding, very helpfull. I would recommend Star Auto Sales anytime! Great car shows Cadillac understands how to put together great product. Exclellent styling, edgy, unique and attractive. I love my 2007 silver CTS Cadillac, My dream come true!
