First time visit to Infiniti of Cool Springs

This was our first visit to this Infinti of Cool Springs. My wife and I had a 2 and a half hour drive, from western Kentucky to Nashville. Yes, this is the closest Infiniti dealer to our home. Our scheduled appointment started on time, the service I required was delivered with full explanation as to what was done and why. Everyone from Cool Springs was very friendly, helpful and concerned that our needs were addressed. Samantha was our customer service representative and we could not have been any happier with the service and courtesy she provided us.

oil change, check other systems and replace front grill.

I was really impressed with the service: quality speed and efficiency. For me the best part was our service provider, Marc, kept me informed throughout the process, with phone calls and texts to let me know the progress,

Oil change & replace wiper blades

Service appointment was easy to schedule online. Jay Garner is always friendly and helpful. Keeps me posted on status of service. Love the use of a loaner to run errands.

M35 service

Work was very good. Only problem was a smelly loaner car. It had a very bad tobacco smell. Almost took it back. Otherwise car was nice

Best Experience

Andrea was highly recommended to us for our new car purchase and we quickly saw why. He was considerate, knowledgeable and extremely personable. The entire staff of the dealership was friendly and accommodating making sure that we were promptly attended to throughout the purchase process.

Complimentary Oil Change

Fast efficient and even though it's been raining on and off the vehicle was washed to remove that ugly road dirt. Thanks for vaccuming out the inside too!

Service department

I had made an appointment in the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. It is always a pleasure to work with Jay Garner, who is very efficient and pleasant. I was given a loaner and was out in less than 15 minutes.

Service Rep Frank is awesome; a little leary of the service

I made an appointment to have a fuel issue checked on my vehicle & drew Frank Marshall as my Service Rep. I’m so glad I did. Though I spent probably less than 15 minutes total time with Frank, I will insist on Frank for all future visits. He was able to communicate in a manner to which I appreciated. He was courteous, personable, respectful, professional, honest, straight to the point, had a sense of humor and provided prompt & efficient service. Regarding the service itself, I was told the fuel issue was fine (great), I needed new brakes (was aware I was in borrowed time-so had those replaced) but was also told that I had a leak in my radiator. That was the 2nd time this dealership has told me I had a leak in my radiator based solely on seeing a little bit of anti-freeze on my engine block. Thank goodness I didn’t blindly have them repair. The 1st time they told me was several years ago. I bought anti-freeze and monitored the “leak”. I was certain I would end up on the side of the road with steam rolling out of my hood. I have NEVER added anti-freeze to my radiator nor have I had any problems. I do appreciate the car loaner program. Very helpful with folk’s busy lives. This is he only dealership in town. I will come back because of Frank.
