Jay was very helpful, he listen to my concerns about the car and was prompt in getting me the estimate and work details. He kept me in loop through the process.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It was also time for tires, breaks and spark plugs! The loner program makes it so convenient to drop off your vehicle and not need family or a friend to follow you to "give you a ride" after you drop off your vehicle. It also eliminates the need to take a courtesy van, which I've never been a fan of. The work is done well and the service advisors always keep you updated as to the status of the service. VERY easy, convenient and stress free.

Service was fast and service advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. Dealership was clean and comfortable. Happy that a multi-point inspection was done and car checked out.
