Awesome service!

Victoria Mulea was just the best salesperson I could have assigned to me in that she anticipated my needs even prior to being expressed. I had planned to purchase a pre-owned car until I interacted with Victoria and she guided me in opening my minded to a new car and then worked with me and her manager and executive manager to make that happen. I am most impressed with the car but my sense is that I could have found that elsewhere but the service provided to me was just above and beyond the call of duty, including Victoria being at my house in Hermitage at MIDNIGHT giving me guidance in using the navigation system. Today she assisted me in programming my garage door opener with the car opener as I had no one else to help me with that. I have never had such service anywhere. All that being said, your detail people missed a point as when my car was "detailed" it came back to me with my fingerprints still intact on the rear window glass. We notice!!! Sine the car was already in awesome shape, perhaps they didn't notice that fine point!. If I had to rate your dealership based on my experience, I would rate it 100% and most of that is due to Victoria Mulea and also to her manager, Marcus Thompson who intervened in the final stages on pricing and was also very helpful in assisting me with my decision. Great service

I had a wonderful experience. Great service very nice and helpful in a timely manner. Frank was very friendly and helpful also with the rental car during service

Service - oil change

Joseph in the service department was very professional and helpful. It was just for an oil change but I would bring it back again. Cheers

Libbie was an excellent service rep, informative, professional, and did everything to make me comfortable while I waited. Kept me updated during my wait. Waiting area nice, and all personnel very kind.

Good Experience with Scheduled Service

It is nice to be greeted immediately upon arrival at the dealership. Even though the service bay was full and it was raining, someone greeted me immediately and connected me with my service advisor. They moved the cars forward so I didn't have to get out in the rain. Trey communicated with me throughout the time they had my car and helped get it finished in time for an appointment I had. It was a great experience overall.

Great!!!

Frank provides great service, explains work to detail. Sitting room is great when you need to wait and a loaner is always available when needed. That is very important to me.

Excellent

Ft appears that serviced is not rushed to assure workmanship. I like having a nice vehicle to use while mine is being serviced and that my car is washed after the service.

I called Libbie for appointment and was promptly scheduled. Loaner car was provided of same model as mine. In and out very quickly. Got a return call that my car was ready earlier than expected. all w/o charge.
