When maintenance recommendations are made, it should be relayed if it?s a factory recommendation or a dealer recommendation. An alignment at 15k is not a factory recommendation.

This dealership had the best customer service that can be provided. Herbert was friendly, attentive towards concerns and he made sure to give a good service overall. I had previously gone to another dealership in Fontana but it didn?t work because of their service. At Valencia though, Herbert made sure to explain the deals they had on new cars and I couldn?t be any happier to have purchased a new car without feeling overwhelmed by the sales person. Through all the dealerships I have visited, this one has been the best experience.
