This dealership has been my go-to for the last 5 vehicles

This dealership has been my go-to for the last 5 vehicles purchased. From sales to service, and employee's politeness and professionalism. Fair trade in values with Joe Slipher and used car sales. New car sales with Bradly Coco who does a remarkable and thorough job. Duane Lesebre & Kaitlin Dauzat who always go above and beyond with service and repairs. Definity recommend this dealership to everyone.

I send my car to the dealer two times ,one time it stayed

I send my car to the dealer two times ,one time it stayed there ten days and the second time for twenty five days and after all that time they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t know what to do with it and when I went to pick it up I had to inform them about the problem but they said we have nothing to do with you just go where you buy it from and refuse to write anything on the report and refuse to give me any help about it

$200 for a diagnosis.

$200 for a diagnosis. When you already know what the problem is on a 2018 SIERRA with a defective transmission with 75 k miles on it. Still needing to pay the diagnosis is just plain unethical business practice. Hope these class actions expose the truth behind all these faulty transmissions.

Not sure if I’d recommend.

Not sure if I’d recommend. It was difficult to get an appointment. Also, I showed up for my 1st service with no idea of where to go who to talk to. I walked into the service center and felt so awkward. No one addressed me. Some were on the phone and there was another person who was not but no one said I’ll be with you in a minute, nothing. I just stood there then walked out to find someone to help. The person that did help me hollered at an employee in the middle of speaking with me. I didn’t know that the wait was 1-1.5 hours and then if you didn’t stay you got coded differently and the wait would probably be longer. Would have been nice to know prior to showing up so I could have planned accordingly.

Last time I changed the battery and the check engine

Last time I changed the battery and the check engine light come on and they can’t turned off any way they contact the engineers at the GMC and the guy who working with crown Buick he told me I will call you to fix the check engine light but he never called me, please can you asking him what gone on with the check engine light?. Could you please advice and thank you.
