I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about getting it fixed as it would likely be very expensive. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. Easy transaction. James was good with communication. The dealership does try to add nonsense add items to the sale such as ceramic paint protection and VIN etching. These are added just to add to the sales price and screw the consumer and are not listed online as part of the sales price.
