I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento on 10-17-2023.
I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento on 10-17-2023. I picked up the SUV on 10-19-2023. It started overheating on 10-21-2023. I waited for nearly 2 months & Bohn Finally put in a new engine around January 2024 costing around $11,000 but 5 months later it began overheating again they admitted that it had the SAME issue from the first time & it would need another engine costing yet another $11,000. I asked to trade the vehicle instead & they agreed. But after I signed paperwork for the new vehicle Bohn said the new finance company wouldn't take the Kia. Bohn kept the Kia & was supposed to fix it under the warranty but nearly 2 months later Bohn lied & said the Kia was out of warranty & over the mileage. They ignored my phone calls & texts like they did the first time. They gave me inconsiderate advice of just turning in the Kia & let it stay on my credit report for 7 years! They sold me a broken vehicle & they need to be held accountable. It's not fair to scam me or anyone else like this. But my lawyer is gearing up to make my case And I've also contacted Fox 8 News & 6 on Your Side in New Orleans!

They seem to do good work and are polite. I had 2 minor concerns about a rear view mirror plastic cover falling off and a hood rod question that was resolved. Devin did a great job of listening and relaying my concern to the technician.

Good but the so called 20 point inspection is a joke for instance i just replaced all my wiper blades and they keep saying I need new blades along with other items . Please keep it real and maybe this will be more believable

After service is not thrust worthy. Too expensive charges and no assurance of using genuine parts and services. Some service technicians are lazy and careless.

I think the repair cost of repairs are very high.
I think the repair cost of repairs are very high. It?s frustrating to have taken off time to get your car repaired, but you have to wait 3 to 4 days for the parts to come in and then you have to take more time off to bring the car back to be serviced. Didn?t like that they move things around in my car. I don?t understand why they were in my trunk. I don?t understand why they left my mat for the driver side of the car in the back of the car. They didn?t use the paper cover over the mat The stuff that I had on the backseat they moved to the front seat. Don?t understand why that was done. The facility was nice and clean. But again the cost for repairs are very high and I have to spend more time to go back after I wait for the parts. Very disappointing
