Huge thank you to Bohn Toyota Service Department for

Huge thank you to Bohn Toyota Service Department for helping us while we visited New Orleans from Chicago. Our car had a problem with a faulty ignition coil and it was 4 days before New Year’s Eve with a weekend in the middle. Huge thank you and my personal appreciation to Mike McGowan who on Monday Dec 30th 2024, despite being his day off, went back to the office to process the warranty claim for me. We needed to have the car ready by Tuesday Dec 31 midday to reach Nashville by that night. The team and Mike at Bohn Toyota really put an effort to the get the part and give me the car in time for me and my family to save our trip, we were able to attend the concert on the main square of Nashville that was live on national TV and then get safely home the next day in Chicago. Thank you!! Highly recommend visiting Bohn Toyota. Again Thank you!

The service was great, but the intake agent/cashier was

The service was great, but the intake agent/cashier was rude. She passed off her attitude as being “blunt,” but she was simply rude. She made me feel as if I were bothering her or harassing her.. I didn’t appreciate that, especially after all the money I spend on my vehicle at this dealership, plus going out of my way to be kind to everyone. I didn’t feel that her behavior was professional. Her name is Jennifer.

Very punctual service.

Very punctual service. Great communication. Comfortable, clean waiting area with free (mediocre) coffee ( need to bring my own strong stuff but that’s not why I came). Very efficient process to get necessary work done. Very reassuring.
