2019 Toyota Camry SE
Mike McGowan was my Service Advisor. He was very friendly and professional! He advised me on what my car needed at only 6 months old and his service team did it! I didn't have to wait long! I like Mike!

Last oil change there
Oil changes was higher than the one on veterans where I normally go they give no Incentives to return and I rung the bell for someone in parts for 30 min and still got no service as I trying to price my sensors and bulbs for my truck. Veterans offer more and is worth the travel compared to this Lapalco location. I have three Vehicles and six others and neither will go there again. Thanks!

Had to wait 3 hrs ..Oil change n had to check battery..Never had another battery never knew when it would be in after ordered...Let me leave with a car that could stop at anytime..Never offered a rental

Overall good service. The only little issue would be the pricing on some of the services. However, I would definitely continue to have my car serviced there and would recommend it to others.

Oil change
I had an appointment for 12:15 and left the shop at 1:36 for only oil change. Appointments should be honored close to the time on appointment time. The staff were very pleasant.
