Great Experience

The total experience was satisfying. My sales person Diana was very patient and worked with me throughout the process. And Godfrey, who prepared the lease and financing was knowledgeable and accommodating.

I love my rav 4

I’ve been to this Location to get my car serviced and it’s been somewhat average nothing amazing so of course this time around I was a little hesitant but I needed to get a particular service done and everywhere else I went to recommend I go directly to the dealer. This time things were handled amazing. I received all the necessary information and things were taken care of accordingly and in a timely manner. My sales advisor Nate was great.

Service of Corolla

Brought my Corolla in for an oil change and filter. Very satisfied with Mr Nathaniel Lee the service advisor who helped me. He called to let me know a couple of other things that needed to be done and told me how much it would cost and asked for my okay to do the work. Very friendly and vourteous

misleading and sloppy

I wasn't told the terms of the price before purchase. Parts were not installed in my brand new car. No instructions in setting up features.

Customer service representative very rude

Customer service representative by the name of Jenifer was very rude. She never called me to inform me what she was doing to me 4Runner she lie and said they did an oil change but they didn’t they I was without my permission and charge me $32 to patch my tir I was without my permission and charge me $32 to patch my tire. She was supposed to call me be didn’t. Service is how horrible and I would not weatherman anyone to go there .
