Toyota Highlander Customer

Nathaniel Lee is an EXCELLENT Service Advisor. Very detailed, and explained everything!!! I will definitely return to Bohn Toyota. He is great!! He provided a detailed printout of my repairs and he listened to me, the customer.

Bought a new Camry XSE

This was absolutely a first class place to work with on a car purchase. There was zero pressure from the sales or finance departments. Also, the facility is absolutely beautiful. The salesman actual delivered the car to my home. I have zero complaints and I appreciate everyone at Bohn I met. Thanks to All!

Oil change.

I asked the sales rep to check the air pressure light.... And he said , oh you're going to have to pay for that... And I also asked him to put in full synthetic in my car. He said we put whatever that's called for in your car. I paid the bill and walked out mad...

Experience at Toyota repair service

The reason I put 5 stars for my experience at Toyota was because of Nathaniel Lee ll. Mr. Lee was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He is an absolute asset to your company! I couldn’t have have asked for a better Service Advisor! I would have given a terrible review if not for him because Jennifer Temple who I spoke to first was very unfriendly and demeaning. After speaking with her I felt like leaving and taking my business else where. I would definitely recommend Mr. Lee!

Service

Nathaniel Lee which was my service adviser. He was very disrespectful, belittled me in front of other customers. Wanted to sell me a brake job with rotors. Mr. lee got upset with me when I denied the brake job. After all this when I get my paperwork from another adviser. The notes say the brakes are within specs and rotors resurfaced. So notes on paperwork are different from what Mr. Lee had explained. Possibly to cover up what he was trying to sell me. He has been the worst experience at the dealership. Terrible customer relations with him.

At first, we were really pleased with this dealership, but by the end, it became a complete disaster. We agreed on a price for a vehicle, and on the day of pick up, they went up $500 on the price because a small repair they promised ended up costing them an extra “$500.” This was after waiting on them an additional two days longer than originally promised. No deal. We walked away.
