unsatisfied long time customer left with very serv

after dealing with this center for over 20 years 4 cars i’ve left this location under very tricky information 1st was told needed a repair for 2400 dollars but only needed a $10 gas cap 2nd Did not honor oil change coupon as advertised. unsatisfactory explanation

very unhappy with experience here and not 1st time very tricky with coupon use and not satisfied with explanation given last time quoted me 2400 dolled for repair and took my car and ended up being gas cap $10 very tricky🙉

Excellent!

Service was excellent! In less than 2 hours, my oil was changed, brakes replaced, filters replaced, tires rotated. I was very impressed with the entire team at Bohn Toyota.

Derick was my service person he was great

Amazing service

Stellar service, patience, and kindness. I had the joy of dealing with a miss black, who explained things clearly and concisely. The facilities are amazing and make the wait seem easy. They even have a children’s room!
