BIG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

A couple of weeks ago my 2016 Jeep Wrangler died, although the service department delivered bad news, I ended up buying a new 2018 Jeep Compass a week later. Ben Flohr was a breath of fresh air, down to earth and generally a nice guy to work with. He worked tirelessly finding me a new Jeep with the packages I was looking for but it was his attitude and graciousness that won me over. I did not feel any pressure to buy from him and would certainly buy from him again.

We came to this dealership feeling completely and totally hopeless after being denied at many dealerships or being told we need $4,000 down due to bad credit. Our only options left were buy here pay here lots, which we absolutely dreaded even the thought of them. We got in contact with Bill Fennell and he told us time after time to come in because he could get us approved with a low down payment amount with no problem. I was hesitant, but I’m SO glad we made the leap of faith and came here! We are leaving today in a practically brand new minivan that is fully loaded! Amazing staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. All the salesman mafe us feel very welcome. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place! :)
