Excellent experience!!!

First visit here to have my Ram serviced, I'm amazed at the professional, polite individuals and prompt service, got me right in , taken care of quickly , and the waiting area is just absolutely amazing....Great experience...

Very good experience all questions answered and no silly salesman games very helpful with financing and did not spend all day there and got the vehicle we wanted wonderful

Great Experience

The entire process at BIG was great. I found a car online and Leonor was quick to respond and get me the information I needed as well as set up an appointment for me. Our Salesman, Stephen was thorough through the entire practice, but never pushy and made the process quick and easy. He made the deal happen for us. We had a wonderful experience and will refer many to Stephen. Our financing with Dan was great as well. He was very knowledgeable and got us in and out. It was a wonderful experience--will definitely be back!

Don't waste your time....

Went there, looked at a vehicle and asked Bill the salesman three times what the price was. He refused to answer question. Asked for my budget then went n saw Charlie the manager. He came back with a price $1,200+ over my budget amount and then wanted me to start initializing a counter bid. It was very insulting and I ended up walking out. My advice, don't waste your time with their gimmicks and steer clear of their games.

So disappointed

Met with Bill and Charlie this evening. Was looking at a used jeep n was upfront and honest with them both on my budget. Asked for the price of the vehicle THREE TIMES, and Bill would not tell me. He wanted to know my budget n took the numbers over to Charlie and came back with a quote for $1,200+ over my amount. When I answered I could not afford that he scribbled a new number on the paper and wanted me to initial it. After wasting an hour there with this tactic I was done. I had to ask for my vehicle keys multiple times and when I finally got them, I walked out. Don't have time or patience for games. You guys just lost my business. My advice to you all in cyberspace, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

Amazing service....

I just want to say that this dealer is the best dealer I've ever been to In My Life They did not give me any run around, Bill was my sales guy along with burk... These two guya are amazing, danny in finance is not a crook he is here to help you... My Story begins with me driving my 04 Dodge 2500 through Michigan City and the truck breaking down so I tow it to the dealer to have them look at it and then start looking at used trucks to buy and I ended up in a brand new 2018 Dodge 3500 Dually did I think that was going to happen know these people did everything in their power to get me in this truck by the way I live in California and I will be back to buy another truck or probably a Jeep this time for my wife and a couple of months yes I'm driving from California to Indiana for a Jeep and I got to put a shout out to Tyler in the service department for hooking it up... All in all this is a go to place for buying a new or used vehicle or just getting your vehicle fixed... Bill and the creww from this dealer saved the day for me... Thank you guys.... I bought the truck on a Tuesday but because my cosigner was out of state they had to mail the paperwork to my cosigner so I sat in the hotel room for 5 days this dealer gave me a car to drive around in these guys are great I can't say that enough

Great customer service led to a great purchase!

Impressed by their sales associate Ben and customer service he provided! I never once felt pushed or pressured. Ben was very knowledgeable and informative. I was very impressed when he didn’t know the answer to one of my question and instead of “faking it” he went and immediately found the answer. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended! I’ve dealt with 3 other Chrysler dealerships near me before and this one blew them away!

The most unprofessional experience

I couldn't of been treated any more poorly than I was by them. I don't understand how dealerships can make a sale without making the correct contracts. I should of never been discriminated against nor treated as poorly as I was. Indiana dealership license laws state very specific requirements and regulations that require to be followed and I feel like it wast the case in my situation. Also i have called time after time but i was never contacted back. As of fraud i have no idea what your implying there but I'm sure its against confidential to publicly disclose that online for everyone to see. That's my opinion but i have taken my services elsewhere just wanted you to know how I disappointed and downgraded I felt from your dealership.
