    I am FURIOUS right now! Having been a first time Audi owner for the past year and a half, I have had my very first VERY unpleasant experience with Audi... Tampa. I had a crack in my windshield that required the entire windshield to be replaced (the second this has happened since I have owned the vehicle). The first time I replaced the windshield and had the necessary recalibration, everything went smoothly. Last week, having been assigned a new Service guy, it was the most unpleasant experience. I was talked into having oil and fuel injection work done by being quoted false prices ($129 for the oil treatment and $249 for the fuel injection flush), only to show up and find a bill for $1,400.00. On top of that, I just learned from my insurance company that this "Service Guy" has informed them that only $299.00 of that amount should be refunded to us, as the rest of the work was for the oil and fuel injection. This was told to my insurance company after they have been trying to reach him since last week! I am EXTREMELY upset, still waiting on a return call from this Service Guy, and prepared to seek legal action if necessary. We feel as if we have been tricked by some shady sale person and I never expected this type of treatment from an Audi dealership. We chose Audi Tampa because of a very good friend who makes all car purchases from this dealership. She is also surprised and disappointed at our most recent experience. I am embarking on a letter writing and calling campaign until this is resolved to our satisfaction. #AudiTampahasdupedus!

    I was fortunate enough to have worked with Amy Sizemore at Audi Tampa for my next lease and I couldn't be happier. She was a tremendous help in figuring... out which Audi would be right for me and getting the best deal. It was an all-around perfect and seamless experience.     I have never had a better experience at a dealership. They accepted my offer over the phone, never tried to upsell me on anything, expertly handled my... out of state change of registration and took care of returning my leased BMW. This is a great place to buy a car.

    Audi Tampa was a pleasant surprise as we looked to buy our new 2018 Audi Q7. We had an absolutely horrible experience at Audi Clearwater and thought we... would get more of the same. We were pleasantly surprised. From immediate return of our internet inquiry to a personal follow up by Ryan LOURA we were immediately welcomed and felt taken care of. We were able to begin discussions on trade in of 2 cars and negotiations on buying the Q7. One trip up to Tampa with both used cars and we drove away with our new Audi. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy an Audi in the Tampa / West Florida area. They made us feel like family.

    This dealer was terrible. Went almost two weeks with no one answering the phone or calling me back. They don’t let you know what’s going on and leave you... hanging. I demanded a refund on my deposit and they blew me off. Even the manager never called me back. They didn’t seem to care I wanted my money back. And still haven’t received it.

    Buying a car in this dealer has been the worse experience. Í am counting days until I have to return it. Very frustrated with the customer service you... guys offer. Never help enogh, never satisfaid. Í always feel lost and frustrated with your answers.

    Do not go here. They give you what you think is a great deal so you sign and buy your car. But they take your trade in and don’t pay off the balance and... your lender comes back to you. Unfortunately this happened to me. I tried to call them and talked to my salesman and his manager they never returned my call. Just beware if you buy a car here and have a trade in
