I recently took my Mercedes GLA 250 to Ed Hicks Mercedes for its Service B, and I had a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated that they promptly covered my driver’s seat and floorboard to protect the interior of my vehicle. They provided me with a beautiful, brand-new loaner vehicle so I could continue running errands while my car was being serviced, which made the entire experience incredibly convenient. The original estimate was around $750, but thanks to the coupon I brought with me, I ended up paying much less than expected. I felt the final price was fair for the quality of service provided. When I picked up my GLA 250, it had been washed and vacuumed, which was a wonderful finishing touch. It’s the little details that make a difference. Overall, the staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. They made the service process easy and stress-free, and I left feeling that I received excellent value. I would definitely recommend Ed Hicks Mercedes for both their customer service and quality workmanship.
