The service area and waiting area were clean and organized. The service advisor, Shaun, was courteous and knowledgeable. He was great . I have never had a problem with my service starting when I purchased my Rogue. I would recommend this dealership.

Getting an appointment in a timely manner is...
Getting an appointment in a timely manner is difficult-one to two weeks out for oil change/maintenance check. And on the only two occasions this vehicle was serviced; first time had to wait over an hour past promised finish time of 3 pm as vehicle was still on lift for oil change even though it was taken in the night before. Second time the vehicle was not even looked at on the said day of appointment and car had to stay an extra day and problem is not fixed and another appointment is required to investigate the issue as it was not found by end of second day of this appointment. We were told they couldn't find vehicle which was left and keys were in envelope in drop box with note and description of vehicle including plate number... find it hard to believe this couldnt be found in 8 hour day and don't buy this excuse-they didnt even try to call if appt was "missed"- and we were given this excuse when we called in. We have a third vehicle on order from this dealership - 2 purchased last year- sales people AWESOME, however No service from the service dept to back up purchase and maintain vehicle VERY frustrating...........

He is patient and addresses any concerns I have. I have never had to take my car back for something did not go out after service. s are the best.
