The gentleman that I dealt with was nice.

The gentleman that I dealt with was nice. However it took 2 hours to program a new key fob. I had an appointment and arrived early. I thought that was way to long just to program a key fob with an appointment.

The service was good however when I got my vehicle back

The service was good however when I got my vehicle back all my seats were moved never put back and rear seats were left down. Typically not a huge deal but I have MS and little things like that become a bigger issue. After my vehicle was done with oil change I waited 30 minutes to get checked out. All in all I was pleased just for future visits I would hope my seats do not get moved I have them set to accommodate my condition to be comfortable for me and it takes time to reposition my seats to get it back to where it was initially. Again normally not a big deal just giving you a heads up on my experience.
