Charged me $170 for the diagnostics to determine a new battery was needed. Total over $700 for a simple battery replacement. After the fact, other Infiniti dealerships (Ann Arbor and Indianapolis) told me the $170 diagnostic fee should have been removed once I decided to have the dealership repair the problem. Great experience! Keaton was knowledgeable and provided great service. It was nice that everything was 20 percent off. Was not too happy about the service fee for the credit card.
