I visited many local dealerships to look at various brands and models and finally decided on a Toyota RAV 4 AWD Limited SUV. Checkered Flag was the only dealership that had the exact vehicle with the options I wanted. Mike Morales was very professional in my dealings with him and I will be very happy to recommend him and the Checkered Flag Toyota dealership to family / friends / others. I traded in my old SUV and all went very smoothly during my purchasing of the new vehicle. My new RAV 4 was delivered very clean and all worked well on the vehicle. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

The Checkered Flag/USAA rep, Ed Belisle was extremely nice and approachable, and even though he had me a good deal, met me half way on a little more savings, and I like saving!! Mike Allen, sales manager, was also very good to deal and talk with, absolutely no pressure and appeared genuinely concerned. And I don't want to forget the delivery coordinator, Adriana, very nice and got things done around my schedule, another plus! But let me tell you about my salesman, Robert Rosser, excellent, should be salesman of the month, if not year! No attitude, no pressure, took his time with me, and this guy knew his cars on the lot! Honestly, this guy was great! He listened, understood what I was looking for and knew where these vehicles were, didn't have to make me wait while he checked the computer or any other type of delay. This man is on his game at Checkered Flag! Make sure you ask for him, he will work around your schedule also. Overall, as you can tell, I absolutely would recommend this dealership.

Mr. Conway seemed very knowledgable on both sales and types of cars, I was impressed. I explained to him what I was looking for, the type of driver I am and how much my price range was. An hour was spent negotiating price and solving the last few twinks in the deal. I went into the dealership expecting to shop more over the next few days and Mr. Conway sold me almost instantly, well done!

Second car I have bought at this dealership & second car purchased from Karen. She was excellent & did everything to make the deal as quick & easy as possible. Also, Jim McNutt, the finance manager, was extremely easy going. Didn't try to force anything on me. Have dealt with him twice also. Would highly recommend this dealer & these two people. Excellent price, friendly, & quick!

Had a great experience buying a new Toyota Tacoma, my sales rep, Mr Bill Mulligan was a pleasure to deal with, kind of "big brotherly", he expedited the sale quickly and helped throughout the process even with cleaning out my old truck and getting license plates removed and installed, and we even managed to tell a story or two. I think the price i paid for my truck was very reasonable. If you are in the market for a Toyota, Bill Mulligan will take good care of you, I highly recommend him!! And, any Toyota! Danny

Shawn was extremely knowledgable about the cars and although the dealership wasn't close to our house, we thought Shawn was so great that it was worth traveling a little farther in order to work with him. He was a joy to work with - very friendly and down to earth, which having dealt with many car salesmen before, we know what rare traits these are!
