THE CAR SALESMAN I WORKED WITH WAS BY FAR THE BEST. Unfortunately, the good part of my experience ended there! The dealership was nothing but a hindrance beyond that. The attitude of the business manager was appalling. He talked to me in a way that no one in a Customer Service position should EVER treat a customer. I had to make multiple trips to the dealership due to their incompetence. I will never go to Checkered Flag for ANY service. I will be sure to choose any of the other Toyota Dealerships in the local area for service rather than returning to Checkered Flag.

Bill was great to work with and helpful to look at the cars we were looking for. it was a low pressure experience. He did well in walking through the cost breakdown and different options. The only thing missing was him sharing a little more about the cars- details about them, performance, etc.

We contacted the dealership via email to inquire about a car posted on line. When we arrived for our appt, Ray was ready to assist. There were a few small things we requested regarding the vehicle we were purchasing and Ray was able to rectify them all before leaving the dealership; which by the way was pretty quick. From start to finish we were there for approximately 2 hours. Unheard of! Thanks Ray. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Checkered Flag Toyota in the last 3 years and would highly recommend them.

I went in to the dealership just to see what kind of deals they had on Tundras and felt there was way less than 25% of a chance that i would be buying a new truck. I found the customer service to be the best experience I've had in car buying. The prices and discounts made the deal too good to walk away from. Every question was answered by Mr. Mulligan and he steered me towards the exact truck that best for me and the best finance deal possible. I can honestly say that Bill Mulligan made this deal happen.

My husband and I bought a Camry Hybrid in 2009 and were so impressed with Checkered Flag Toyota and our salesman, Jim Bowman, that when we decided to get a new car, we went back. We purchased a 2012 Toyota XLE on New Year's Eve. The entire process was just as seamless as it was the first time, and Jim Bowman did a great job, even on a very hectic day for the dealership. The service experience at this dealership is also excellent. Everyone is happy that we are there, and they are very proactive, anticipating issues before they happen. They tell us what we need and how long it will take, and that's how it happens. We went back for our second car this year, and we wanted to work with Jim, because this is a great place to go to buy a car and also to maintain one.
