The service was incredible and the salesman that helped me did an extraordinary job of getting me a good deal on my trade in. He was also very tolerant of my two young children that were with me and we being quite loud in the dealership. It was overall a very good experience and I will tell my friends and family about it.

Allen Belanger did an excellent job with helping us buy a new Toyota Corolla. He listened to our needs and provided us with a professional and honest buying experience. I also appreciated his detailed walk-through of the vehicle and its systems. The one thing that I really liked was that he went above and beyond to to ensure that we were happy with the car we bought and checked-in after the purchase to ensure our continued satisfaction with the vehicle. Jason was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He did not do a "hard sell," but presented me with the information and options and let me make the decision. He spent time with me explaining all the features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He was even available to come back to the vehicle and explain again some of the more advanced features. I never felt pressured, but I felt that he was honest, and because of that, I wanted to do business with Checkered Flag Toyota.

This was by far the best buying experience anyone could ask for. the salesman was an expert on the product line. No pressure to buy any car simply a neutral presence allowing the customer to ask questions. Knowledgeable in all areas i asked as well as taking the time to explain all the features and demonstrate them BEFORE we took a test drive. Honest when asked his personal opinion, honest in his conduct and reasonable when negotiating the price. manager was friendly and took time to greet me when I arrived, Accessory product person was informative but not aggressive. Business manger was thorough and informative. I will return to this dealership in the future

I had recently purchased a vehicle from Mr. Rosser and Checkered Flag Toyota in Virginia Beach, and loved the truck, but it was missing some features that I thought were important. Mr. Rosser and the finance team took care of my needs patiently and informed me on all my options. I appreciated their professionalism and wouldn't imagine going to a different dealer or dealership.

I had to buy a car fast because we were on vacation and...

I had to buy a car fast because we were on vacation and our car was hit by a deer. I drove from North Carolina to Virginia Beach to buy a Toyota Sienna. Jason Trayner helped me to make the right decision for my family. We wanted to take advantage of financing specials that would end if we waited to go back to our home in New Jersey. Also, inventory for 2012 Sienna XLE's was limited. I told Jason from the start that I had a limited time to do business and that I wanted a fair price. Jason said that he could arrange for a fair price and that he would take up as little of my time as possible. Once a fair price was negotiated, Jason immediately went to work on preparing my vehicle. Jason wanted to make sure that I was able to take advantage of all of the features that our new vehicle offered. Jason recommended that we get the rust protection installed because we live in an area that gets bad weather. We took him up on that. I stayed over night in Virginia Beach so that the under body protection could be installed the next morning. Jason tried every way that he could to get a rental van so that I could go back and enjoy the remainder of my vacation with my family. The girl who sold us the rust underbody protection, (I forgot her name) went so far out of her way to give me a call in the morning to let me know when my car was going to be worked on and if a rental van was available. She called me from her home on her day off. The next day the under body rust protection took less time than expected and there was no need to get a rental. I never got to meet up with Jason the next day to go over the blue tooth features. It is unfortunate, because I really felt more like Jason was a friend then anything else. I know that it was important to him that we understood all of the vehicle's functions. Jason was personable and straight forward. I enjoyed doing business with him. He was not high pressure at all. He kept his word on all of his promises. He knew that I was there to buy a car and simply helped to expedite the process and minimize any drama. The entire staff was wonderful there. The whole process was simple. They didn't play a bunch of games trying to increase value while trying to pull in too much of a profit, like other dealerships have done that I have dealt with in New Jersey. Every one knows that dealerships make money. Every one has to make money. Checkered Flag Toyota was probably priced within $500 of all dealerships. People who think that they are going to save thousands of dollars by going from place to place are not realistic. My wife loves her new Sienna. Anyone looking for a Toyota should drive right by all of the other small dealerships and go straight for Checkered Flag Toyota. Every one should call up Jason Rayner to set up an appointment to look at vehicles if you are in the market. He was great.
