Checkered Flag Toyota

I originally came to Toyota with my sister in the beginning of August 2012 to help look for a new vehicle for her. After spending a couple of days of being hackled and pushed around at other dealerships, our last stop was Checkerd Flag Toyota. We were greeted immediately by Terrance and with reasonable defenses, we begin to list what we wanted and price range. He was very patient and begin to educate us on all the choices Toyota/Scion had to offer physically and financially. After patiently taking hours to educate and test drive several different models, my sister made a decision and purchased a new Scion. The experience was so pleasant (and educating) I too had been considering turning in my paid 2002 vehicle for a newer and economical vehicle. I returned to Checkered Flag Toyota and asked for Terrance. I genuinely TRUSTED that he would guide, not PRESSURE me into the right vehicle. My questions turned into a purchase of a new Camry and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I have been to many dealerships and have felt bullied. Checkered Flag and Terrance made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle that much more exciting and fun by just simply exercising great customer service.

This is my 2nd purchase and I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Really appreciate the low pressure approach and working with Rob. Will return!

I'm not new to the way car salesmen work, since for nearly 2 weeks I visited dozens of dealer in search of a truck, but Checked Flag Toyota allover had phenomenal customer service! I wasn't cornered on the arrival, which was nice. As I was walked through potential trucks to buy, there was no over powering pressure buy and obvious scams (which sadly, drove me away from other dealers). Keep up the realism Checked Flag, people do notice the difference.

Edwin Rodriguez was very friendly and thorough -- he took the time to walk me through all the features on my new car--programming my bluetooth, getting my seat perfectly adjusted, explaining how to use the safety features--everything. Mr. Rosser was very attentive to our wants and needs. We were there to purchase a car for our daughter who is a college student. We needed something dependable but affordable, so that we would feel comfortable with her being on the road. Mr. Rosser was very knowledgeable with their inventory on hand and was able to put my daughter in a vehicle within our criteria but also pleasing to my daughters taste. USUALLY I WOULDNT EVEN BOTHER WITH FILLING OUT ANY SURVEYS FROM ANY DEALERSHIP AS I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE EXPIERIENCE MISERABLE AND VERY TIME CONSUMING. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CONSIDERED BUYING A CAR A PLEASANT EXPIERIENCE. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME THEY MADE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT, NOT THE SECOND THIRD AND FOURTH. I ALSO CAN SAY I HAD A GOOD TIME WITH THE BOTH SALES AGENTS ...THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT PUBLIC RELATIONS..............I INVITED THEM BOTH FOR DINNER!...............JUST KIDDING.
