Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured or hurried. Russ did a great job allowing us to look around, take our time reviewing all the models on the lot and of course getting us a great price with fantastic financing. I would definitely recommend both Checkered Flag and Russ for anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Michael was great! We were able to get a great used Honda Odyssey for a price that we could afford after our Matrix got totaled in a pretty bad car accident that was not our fault. When we pointed out a scratch on the door, Michael was able to get it fixed the same day. Very impressive service. We will definitely recommend Checkered Flag to our friends.

I had been shopping for Toyota Tacomas for a few weeks and the other dealerships I had visited did not match the quality of Checkered Flag. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Our salesman, Jason, was informative and friendly and provided an overall excellent experience. The service was quick and painless and we were in and out with a new Tacoma in less than 3 hours. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking for a new car.

Mr. Peterson was very helpfull and courteous. I thought it was a good experience and felt as though my needs/concerns were addressed. Mr. Gmelin has a great personality and wonderful sense of humor. Cashier 21044KD was a bit unprofessional and seemed immature.

Dear Checker Flag I have had a Toyota Camry since 1990, I bought a used 1987 Camry LE, It was the least expensive low manintenace car I have owned, I still have the camry she in the Garage beings the Corolla will be the main transportation. I called Alex around 0900 about the possibility of buying a Corlla Le, I needed a second Vehicle ASAP. He asked me to log in the WEB page and ask for a credit check. He called me back and said my loan was approve. When would I like tosee the car. I said around 1230 it was preped and ready to roll when I arrived. I knew the corolla was the most reliable car on the market according CU Magazine they relly on owners surveys and historical maintenance records on each vehicle. Very informing. I picked up the car after meeting the Toyota Prep Tech Juiliet, she explained the importance of sealents and undercoating if you plan to keep the car long term. I then saw the finace manager he asked how I wanted to finace and options that Toyota finace offered. This entire process was painless from start to final prep, they even offered me a curtasy car for the final prep and sealing and undercoating, the car they gave me to drive was brand new . If you want to visit a freindly car dept without the worry of high pressure sale, Checker Flag is the way to go. I also prefer their service dept they have done excellent work on the 1987 Camry over the years. Great Company to work with, selling the most reliable cars I ve owned. Doug H

Karen was excellent to work with. I showed up as the dealership was closing and she still took her time to work with me and did not make me feel rushed. I told her what I was looking for and she listented and didn't try to sway my choice to another car. She was very patient and made sure I was happy with my purchase and experience.
