I came into Checkered Flag for a service appointment for my 2011 RAV4. I love the convenience and service provided by Checkered Flag and Toyota's total care package.....my RAV4 was perfect in every way BUT it had no navigation system. I knew exactly what I wanted: a 2012 model with the navigation package. We were at the dealer early, but Michael Wood was in earlier! Within 5 minutes Michael had found a vehicle with everything I needed and more. He was professional, efficient, and personable. He took the time to teach me how to synch my iPhone with the Entune system (which is GREAT!) I was impressed that he worked to honor the upcoming weekend special: tax free purchases! So I got exactly what I wanted quickly and at a great price. Thank you, Michael!

My experience at CF Toyota on Sunday, August 5 was great. At first, I was very apprehensive because the salesman that I had made a test drive appointment with was not at the dealership that day. But Gino quickly made me feel at ease. The whole process was devoid of any hassle or pressure. I am very pleased with my RAV 4 and will definitely return to this dealership for any and all service.

My wife was looking for a new car and was pre-approved...
My wife was looking for a new car and was pre-approved for a loan. I had purchased a 2006 Scion xb a couple years ago from Checkered Flag Toyota. I spoke with Josh Hamilton over the phone and he set me up with Regino Harris for that purchase. Regino did an excellent job explaining all the features of the vehicle and was very helpful and friendly. The service was so good that when my father was looking for a new truck a few months back I gave him Josh's number and he ended up buying a loaded Tundra and loves it. So when my wife wanted a new car the first place I went to was the Checkered Flag website. She saw the new Scion xb release series and decided she wanted it. I called Josh and asked if Regino would be able to help us out again. We went to the dealership the same day, Regino pulled the car off the showroom floor for us so my wife could test drive it. Then, while we were doing the paperwork, he asked if it was on to see if he could get us a better interest than what the pre-approved loan had; which turned out to be well worth the wait. We were able to get a rate that was 2.5% lower. I can't think of a better way to please a customer than to save them money, and Regino did just that. The whole time we were dealing with Regino, Josh would come and check on us to make sure everything was okay. It felt like I was dealing with family rather than car salesmen. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would not want to purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. In fact, I'm hoping to go back sometime next June or July and see if Regino can get me into a new Scion FR-S. In closing, I would like to thank the entire team that took part in getting my wife into her new car, from Josh and Regino all the way to the guys that came in to help get the car out of the showroom. That kind of treatment makes you feel like the dealership cares and wants you to be 100% happy with your visit, and you don't see that very often these days.

Dealing with Jason was a great experience. He was very low pressure and allowed us to take our time to make a decision. He showed us all the vehicles that fit the description of what we wanted and didn't pressure us into extra options we weren't interested in. He was also able to negotiate a very fair trade-in value on our vehicle. Overall experience was very favorable.

I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle I saw advertised. From the first interaction with Checkered flag employees, I was treated with respect! I received a call back from the dealership's management thanking me for the inquiry...never experienced that before! When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by management and immediately introduced to Robert Rosser, a salesman. From beginning to end, the transaction was smooth. Mr. Rosser was very personable and took the time to listen to my needs, as well as interacting with my two young children...he made QUITE an impression with them :) An awesome experience! I would recommend Checkered Flag Toyota, and especially Robert Rosser, to any one in the market for a vehicle!
