I have given great ratings because it was an awesome, pretty quick, and painless experience. Terrance was a big helpto us. He knew what he was talking about. He did everything to make sure I could drive the car off the lot that day. Checkered flag in Virginia beach overall is a great dealership. I was very happy about the experience and my rates :) THANK YOU!!

We walked in about 20minutes til close and the employee...

We walked in about 20minutes til close and the employee was very eager to assist us. Showed us a car that was in our budget. He was great at multitasking making sure everything was a quick and painless as possible. We ended up purchasing out vehicle that night and all of the employees stayed about an hour and half after close to assist us with our purchase.

We went to purchase a new Camry. The contact person we were to meet was not at the dealership when we arrived but Michael Morales stepped right in without missing a beat. He appeared to know his product well. We had not completed the purchase prior to the closing time and Michael was not concerned with having to stay late along with some support staff. Although he was very efficient about completing the sale, he did not make us feel rushed. It was a good experience having him as our sales person. I would refer friends him for sales help.

Our experience with Checkered Flag Toyota was exceptional. From start to finish, our salesperson, Bill Mulligan, made us feel very comfortable. Bill's laid-back, professional, fiendly approach was exactly what we needed to be able to determine which vehicle was right for us. We were simply blown away by the quality that Toyota puts into every vehicle. Once we decided on our vehicle, Bill kept us informed every step of the way throughout the entire purchase process. We feel like we got a great deal on our new Corolla Sport. Additionally we received a very generous allowance for our trade. Bill was very instrumental in getting the numbers right for us. The vehicle that Bill delivered to us was impeccable and exceeded our highest expectations. Bill Mulligan comes highly recommended and we'll be contacting him when its time to purchase a Toyota. Ray was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He greeted us warmly and answered all of our questions. We knew which vehicle we were interested in buying and Ray walked with us around the entire lot looking at all the 4x4 Tacomas they had in stock in the colors we liked. We found one that we wanted to buy and Ray was great in working with us on a price. We made the purchase the next day and Ray took us through the paperwork and explained everything carefully. The entire experience was easy and we would definitely recommend Checkered Flag Toyota and Ray as the saleman.
