John Moll excellent Product Specialist
John Moll and Ana provided excellent customer service. John has sold me two cars in the last two weeks and both times have been painless and easy. The Fast Simple Smart concept is a great concept when buying a car. it takes the frustration and confusion out of buying a car. John compliments this concept by allowing the customer to feel valued and special. John is pretty knowledgeable about the cars and provides good insight that makes the decision to buy easier. If John doesn't know the answer to your question, he will find out the right answer instead of telling you something incorrect. Ana was also helpful in my purchase, she ensured that the car I was buying was indeed certified pre-owned and that all the necessary paperwork was correctly filled out. Once again, John and the team at Checkered Flag provided a great experience during the purchase of my car.

What a great buying experience. Went to several other dealers and all the Used Cars were dirty and did not look presentable to be sold. Walking into Checkered Flag was like a breath of fresh air. Bethany was polite, professional and very accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
