Excellent Customer Satisfaction from John Moll

Mr. John Moll provided excellent customer satisfaction to myself and my family. He made our car buying experience easy and fast. He was understanding of our needs and was very patient with us. John even stayed after the dealership closed to finalize our deal and he made sure I was satisfied before I drove off with the new car. From beginning to end John was multitasking and answering our questions with honesty and patience. I would recommend his services to anyone that is serious about not only buying a car but excellent customer satisfaction. It can be overwhelming when buying a car and John understands that and will help you overcome that anxiety.

CONFIDANCE IN DRIVING SUV

JOHN SPENSIERI MADE MY EXPRIENCE OF PURCHASING MY FIRST CAR AFTER DRIVING 30 PLUS YEARS A EASY RELAX EXPRIENCE. SINCE DRIVING AT 26 IN VA. AND DRIVING CARS THAT WERE OLDER AND WERE PART OF FAMILY PURCHASES, I TOOK THE LEAP , STARTING MY OWN BUSINESS AND MY MANY FAMILY TRIPS TO NYC I DECIDED TO GO FOR IT SUV RAV 4. JOHN WAS AWESOME I WAS RELAX PICKED UP MY CAR ON A THURS. EVENING AND DROVE THAT SUNDAY TO BROOKLYN NY. LOVED THE RIDE AND I WAS RELAX AND SANG OUT LOUD MY TUNES. FIRST TIME AFTER YEARS OF TAKING THE CHINESE BUS HOME , I DROVE MYSELF IN STYLE,COMFORT AND CONFIDANCE THAT I CAN DO IT ALL THE TIME.

Got a really good cars

I went in looking to great a great suv or truck at a great price. Thats when I met Jessica Jones And John Moll I ended up getting a 2015 chevy equinox. I went in about 730 pm. I left about 11pm cause the computer was acting up and I had my 8 year old son with me. They stayed with me til everything was done and never once asked to finish the next day even though they closed at 9. They were so nice never once got bothered by a restless tried 8 year old. They Both ended up helping me not just one time but two cause not only did I get the chevy on 4/10/18 I ended up going back on 4/20/18 and getting a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Getting the 2018 I traded in a 2014 santa fe. They made both times really easy and were never pushy or anything. When I go to get another car or truck I will be going back to see them.

New car purchase

Robert Cameron did an outstanding job of assisting us in our search for a Highlander for my wife. She was very specific about the interior and exterior colors she wanted, as well as the key features she was interested in. Although the vehicle she wanted was not available, Robert found one at another location and had it there for us the next day. I would highly recommend Robert for your next new or used car search.

Great experience all the way around

Robert Cameron was so helpful and made the whole experience a pleasurable one ,tried to save us every dime he could. Recommend him to anyone .During my visit there I dropped $80 cash outside the showroom while cleaning our trade in out and one of the other associates found it and returned it to me.

Robert Cameron was the best
