Proud Camry Owner

From our first interaction in April 2016, I knew I had chosen the right dealership and the best salesperson. Jaclyn has an incredible level of customer care; a thorough knowledge of the vehicles and a valuable understanding of finances. Her honest, upfront suggestions were the keys that empowered me to buy my first brand new car this month, after building an A credit score, even after previous setbacks. I do not know of any other salesperson that would have stuck with me for 2 FULL YEARS while I made huge, positive, and often painfully tedious changes to my personal and financial life. Jaclyn checked in with me every month. She was positive and encouraging during the entire process. She had an innovative solution to each problem I encountered. I believe any other sales person would have left me to flounder on my own or try to pressure me into a deal that I was financially unable to commit to back in 2016. Instead, Jaclyn went above and beyond exerting efforts most reserve for their own family. I believe it would be beneficial if Checkered Flag offered auto buying classes built on the framework of the customer-advocacy I received from Jaclyn. The amazing deal I got on my new Camry was possible only because of the support and guidance she and her team provided along the way. It has been my personal experience that dealerships across the nation are predatory and take advantage of military personnel. They push challenged credit buyers into monthly payments they cannot afford, caring more about “closing the deal” rather than serving the best interests of the person. Jaclyn showed me the complete opposite. She patiently taught me how to be a wiser credit user with stronger credit creating better quality options for myself and my family for the rest of our lives. Sharing your credit history with complete strangers is a vulnerable situation. My divorce, bankruptcy, collections, student loans and credit card debt created an embarrassing and negative stigma I felt I would never escape. Jaclyn guided me through my personal growth and to financial enlightenment, always treated me with dignity and respect. I cannot thank her enough. Jaclyn’s classy, professional manner and the excellent team at Toyota has earned a Checkered Flag customer for LIFE. With Jaclyn at Checkered Flag, you have a winning edge in a market that is notorious for cut-throat sales tactics and a brutal, selfish mentality. I was cautious at first, but Checkered Flag’s fair, upfront, no-haggle prices and commission-free sales people, friendly staff, and trustworthy management team along with Jaclyn’s compassionate dedication have earned my loyalty. As a Navy Chief, I will promote the Checkered Flag experience to all my Sailors. Furthermore, I will be back in three years when my lease is up. I genuinely thank Jaclyn for giving me the time and encouragement to get my act together so that we all won in the end.

Awesome Bethany

I drove 7 hours from Cleveland, VA to buy a Toyota Tacoma. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone offered 0.9% apr. Upon arrival, our sales lady told us the sad truth, 0.9 apr is only offered on new vehicles. I only have to say that the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was the only bad experience I had with this dealership. The sales lady, Bethany was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and a joy to have for the time that we were there. I would recommend that anyone come specifically to her to buy a Toyota, new or used.

Amazing

Robert was such a helpful salesman to help us get out of our 2004 lifted expedition into a 2018 Toyota Corolla. He made the stressful process not seem so stressful

2018 tundra platinum

I went in to checkered flag and was greeted by ms jaclyn. We looked over all the tundra trucks and I pondered it over night. Went back the next day with my 06 wrangler to price trade in. I went home to sleep on it and told jaclyn i would be back at 10 am with decision. No pressure which is nice. They price they offered me was fair but I decided to keep it. When i arrived I called her and she came right out to greet me by the tundra trucks. She introduced me to Robert and let me know she was working with a client currently but Robert will help me as well as her if needed. Robert Cameron was great and after getting all my questions and wants figured out I decided on a 18 tundra platinum. Sweet truck price was fair and they got my extra side steps on that day before I drove hope. Overall great company and experience. The only thing I wish was better was the 6 hour purchase time to buy a vehicle I wish it could be cut down to 2 hours max but thats not checkered flags fault it just how it is anywhere when buying a car from my experience. Great job Robert Cameron and jaclyn you guys are great and kept me entertained with stories and great useless facts that I'm now stuck with while having to wait on paperwork lol.. Excellent sales consultant

Despite my past history of goin to a dealership and looking for a car my sales consultant (Bethany Summey) was well trained, polite, and above all on point in detail on how things from start to finish. I'm so satisfied that I will be back with my mother to buy another automobile next month. Great job on the one checkered Flag.
