Awesome Bethany

Bethany was an awesome sales lady! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone, not so much. He misquoted the apr. Other than that, I liked the whole buying process.

#Easy breezy experience

I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from Larry and cannot say enough about him! He came in on his day off to help me pick out my vehicle! He also has the ability to completely make a deal work for you! From the finance department to the entire process of selecting coverages it was amazing!!

Larry Brown is the best sales person I’ve worked with.

This was my second visit to checkered flag and the second car that I have purchased from checkered flag. The great service that I received from Larry Brown on my first car was the reason that I came to him for the next car. He went above and betond fining me a truck that worked for me and my family and that worked within our budget. Checkered Flag is very priveledge to have such a hard worker and caring person. I highly recommend to my friends to visit checkered flag.

Terrible place to buy or have service done from

Every experience with this dealership has been a struggle. They don?t return voicemails. The departments don?t communicate with one another. Every time you call, no one knows anything. I highly recommend to avoid this dealership at all cost for both purchases and service. And FYI the auto armor is a waste of money as it only covers non realistic weather phenomenons.

Not Satisfied.

I was in this afternoon and was looking at a Kia Forte. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the experience. I am an active duty military member and planned to use the car for the 1,000 mile trip it takes me to get home. I worked with the salesman Jessica Jones, who couldn't answer a single question we asked her straight forwardly. Add to that we couldnt get the price lower a mere $300 to make up for the fact that the spare tire was missing because they 'dont negotiate', even though the price has dropped 3 times before. I would easily have purchased the car, had she accomodated to that. It was disappointing to me and my family to say the least.

Robert Cameron

Robert provided me a customer experience that was top of the line I appreciated that there was never any pressure to purchase. His first concern before starting any paperwork was what payment amount was best for me and he did not attempt to sale me on a higher payment
