I purchased a new vehicle and it was an absolutely seamless and pleasant experience I contacted Mr. Michael Morales and told him the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. My needs always came first in terms of scheduling a time we could meet. I was treated like I was the only client he had. I was truly a stress free experience that left me with a vehicle that I love !

I needed to purchase a reliable used car and after describing the price range and needs, Mr. Michael Morales instantly had a vehicle to recommend. His knowledge of the used car inventory was evident. More importantly, he listened to my desires and recommended a vehicle that was a perfect match ! I am very grateful for a buying experience that was not stressful and to have worked with a sales associate whose experience and professionalism was so evident. It was a very pleasant experience and I am totally satisfied with the vehicle.

On the very first day Mr Morales met me he was very friendly and experience. I told him exactly what i was looking for, so i would not be wasting time looking at some thing i didn't want. He took the time and answered all the questions i had. He got my info but, did not stop there he give me regular updates on what he had and new models will be available soon, he seem determine to get me what i wanted. Once he got the car i wanted he called me. While i was doing the paper works for the car he made sure it was clean and gas up and ready to go. Overall he is an excellent salesman, he knows how to treat his customer and have them coming back. Yes next time i will make sure i go back to Mr Morales.

Just bought my first new car (Toyota Camry) from Checkered Flag. I had an excellent experience and the sales rep by name Randall Turk was just so great from the very moment i made a call to speak with a sales rep to the time i bought the car.., awesome time, he never pressured me one bit but rather gave me some good advise that some sale rep will keep from you. I greatly recommend him to whoever wish to purchase a car and bet you will write a review about Checkered flag and mostly about the sales rep (Randall Tuck)Pressure free buying experience and did i forget to also say the price of the car was also a good deal as i did shop around before going over to checkered flag. keep up the good work guys and i hope other dealers take a cue from you guys. -A.E.Daniel-

When you go to Checkered Flag please ask for Alex Suarez. He is extremely patient and very informative. I dropped off my old vehicle and bought my new vehicle and he was awesome! He was so patient with all of the things I would remember I forgot on my old vehicle after turning it in. He would go and get them without one sigh of hesitation! He even went to the length of programing my bluetooth for me before I left with my new SUV and made sure it worked by trying to call me. I would give him the highest rating for customer service. As for Checkered Flag, the only issue and complaint I had was the length of time it took, I was prepared to spend an hour tops as my husband had done everything for me with Ed (the sales manager) over e-mail and phone to work out the price and all the options on the vehicle and what the lease was to be with payments and all and was told by Ed it wouldn't take long at all, they would get me in and out very quickly. It took me over 3 and 1/2 hours to get through the process. I recommend HIGHLY for Checkered Flag to streamline their process to get their customers in and out as they say they will especially when they are aware ahead of time of the customer coming in and are aware ahead of time everything to be done for the purchase of the vehicle as to which one, financing, and everything about the new vehicle and already know about the vehicle being turned in. This is the only disappointment I had with Checkered Flag. I got a babysitter to streamline my portion of it as I was driving from across the water and didn't want to have to be watching and paying attention to my kids as I was trying to sign paperwork and making sure everything is correct. I also went through Toyota financing prior to coming to ensure my vehicle being turned in was fully paid for and nothing would hinder turn in. I was disappointed with the time it took to get through a process that should have been taken care of before I got there. Even though the wait time sucked and it should never have taken that long, EVERY individual I saw at Checkered Flag for the process of buying my vehicle was extremely nice and very apologetic for me having to wait!

Our salesman was very kind and curtious to myself and my daughter. The salesman showed myself and my daughter every aspect of the new vehcile that we were interested in. He gave my daughter a great experience at purchasing her first vehicle. As long as she stays in the Virginia Beach area your salesman (George Gunter) will always have her as a customer. Thanks for all your help in making Mary's dream come true in purchasing her first vehicle.

Mr Behm was very knowledgable in his craft. I would recommend him to anyone coming to Checkered Flag for a new / used vehicle. I was very comfortable in giving him my information. I give all credit in making this deal happen to Mr. Behm. Iam bring my son here to see if Steve can give him a great deal.

Gino was great! He wasn't pushy and he listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. I am very happy with my vehicle and look forward to buying more in the near future. I have told future buyers already where to go and who to ask for.
