Checkered Flag Toyota

I bought my former Toyota at another dealership that was not a pleasant experience. For my 2009 Toyota Corolla, I selected Checkered Flag mainly because of its proximity to my home. James House greeted me upon arrival, and my entire experience has been exceptional. I do not say that lightly because I am somewhat hard to please! James was not only friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but he also was very sensitive to my time constraints. I have nothing but praise for James House and Checkered Flag Toyota.

The service was great! It was easy shopping for my new Venza. When I first met Mike I wasn't sure what I wanted, Mike seemed to understand my personality & was able to show me exactly what I wanted. Since purchasing the Venza, I've had the undercoating & leather treated. The service & rental teams were great as well. Many thanks again to Mike & the team at Checkered Flag Toyota.

Everything I have rated five is due to the professionalism of George Gunter. I was not really in need of a vehicle, but was looking. He answered all my questions regarding vehicles and was very polite. I test drove two vehicles and chose the Venza. I initially thought I wanted a Highlander but after the test drive fell in love with the Venza. When I stated that I wanted to think about it over night, he was very understanding and did not try to pressure me into a quick sale of a vehicle I might not have wanted. He contacted me the next day and we came to terms with my purchase. He should be commended on his professionalism and sincerity in dealing with others..

My experience buying a 4Runner from Checkered Flag Toyota was above and beyond my expectations because of Jim Bowman. He made the process as straightforward as possible, and he was there to answer any question and fix any concern without hesitation. Thanks again, Jim!

Thank you for such a wonderful experience in buying a new vehicle! Mr. Garvida was very compassionate and truly listened to our needs. He worked very hard in making sure we got the car that we needed for our situation and within our budget. He is a professional and truly embodies the meaning of "customer service". We will definitely buy another new car, in the future, from him.

My salesman, Mike Morales did a great job, but I was disappointed in the after-the-sale procedures which inflated the price of my vehicle beyond the limits I had set for myself. It would be helpful to make a customer better aware of the need / cost of these "extras" (undercoating, surface protections, extended warranties, etc.) before the customer makes a buying decision based on the dealer's price quote, so that the actual final price is more realistic. I also felt that the salespeople for the "extras," though friendly and not overly pushy, came across a bit "plastic" and insincere. Had I known more about the extra expenses, I might have done more comparison shopping and/or negotiating before the actual purchase. It's hard to comment on the quality of the work at this early stage. (I've had the car less than a week.)

The whole experience of buying at Checkered Flag was enjoyable. Robert was very professional and not pushy. I do not like sales people who talk too much and do not listen to the customers concerns. This was not at all the case with Robert. He addressed all of our concerns. The finance person (I cannot recall his name) was also very professional, efficient and easy to talk to. He explained things in a way that made everything easy to understand. I would go back to Checkered Flag again and would recommend Robert and Checkered Flag to others.

Mr. Turk was a wonderful help to us when looking for a used car in our price range. He came up with every possibility of how we could make things work. We ending up being able to finance a car much newer than we originally anticipated and were very happy with the results. The dealership itself had a lot of cars to choose from, new and used. The entire experience was more than we could have asked for.

this is the second time i have purchased vehicles from randall turk, and will continue to do so, as he is friendly, informative, intuitive about what he suggests, and a pleasure to do business with in general...from the sales floor to the finance office, jim got me through the paperwork side of things quickly and efficiently...i have recommended friends of mine to go see randall, and two so far have bought vehcles from him...personally, i will continue to recommend, and shop, at checkered flag toyota in the future, when it's time for new cars again, as long as randy is there selling...thankyou
