I seen this vehicle, and knew that i would one day be the proud owner; With Mr. Bowman's help i am. Finding a vehicle is a project on its own. Countless calls and worries if the vehicle is available and if the sales person is worthy and professional. If it will fit my lifestyle and payment plans. MICHAEL CERRONE ARE OUTSTANDING SALESMAN HE DID EVERYTHING I CAN GET AS FAR AS DISCOUNT. HE'S FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS READY FOR CHANGES I HAVE MADE, HE EVEN WENT BACK TO WORK WHICH HE'S ON HIS WAY HOME WHEN I SAID I'M CONSIDERING THE DEAL WITH ONE CONDITION. OUTSTANDING GUY!! ANOTHER FEEDBACK FOR THE FINANCIAL MANAGER BRIAN- I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HE DIDNT GIVE ME THE LOWEST RATE OF 4.89% THE FOLLOWING DAY WHEN I WENT BACK TO PICK UP THE TRUCK BUT ONLY IF I GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I WOULD GET THAT RATE, I ASK FOR IT WHY NOT GIVING ME THAT LOWEST RATE INSTEAD OF GETTING 5.25% WHAT HE GAVE THE THE NIGHT BEFORE. ISN'T THAT AS CUSTOMER I SHOULD GET THE BEST DEAL THEY CAN GIVE ME AND NOT TO SELL OTHER STUFF BEFORE THEY GIVE ME THE FULL BEST DEAL?

After shopping several local Toyota dealerships in my area, purchasing at Checkered Flag Toyota was an easy choice. I was greeted as a guest by a well dressed associate, who not only was very knowlegeable about the product, but was very interested in decifering my wants and needs as a consumer. I was able to see and drive the models that I desired, as well as a model Tim Rayfield (the manager}, suggested that I drive. It was a surprise choice, as I would have never thought about it had he not mentioned it to me. I was very impressed with Mr. Rayfield and his staff who handled everything in a very professional, upbeat, and timely manner. My experience was one I did not expect, as I did not share that same feeling of importance at any of the other dealerships that I visited. At Checkered Flag Toyota everyone was very helpful and friendly and when it came to the financing, they were very creative. I was also shown the service department and introduced to the mechanics who will help to maintain my vehicle. I can honestly say, I drove away feeling like I just made a good deal with a great company. Some time has passed since I first drove off their lot with my new Toyota. The follow-up from my sales associate continues and is a reminder of a good car buying experience that I don't hesitate to refer to friends and family.
