Bonnie and Tatsiana
I have had the pleasure of having Bonnie as my service adviser for quite a few years. She has always been exceptionally helpful and even more knowledgeable. After "flirting" with some other car brands I took my 17 year old Camry in to Bonnie for an oil change and a few other fixes. While waiting for my car I walked over to see Tatsiana on the showroom floor. She had been patiently working with me since last summer. After a hiatus while I had back surgery I had started my new car search the first of December. Best Car Buying Experience I ever had!
Wanted to buy 4-runner and trade in my truck. I spent some time with Robert C. and he was outstanding. A new employee for only a few weeks, was very helpful and helped my wife and I learn a lot about the vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted after he helped us! I went back a second day and Robert was busy with a customer and Jaclyn Campbell helped us. Wow, what a dedicated and knowledgeable sales person.She was by far the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with while buying a new car. Your dealership is very lucky to have such a valued employee that understands how to take care of customers. She took the time to set up my bluetooth and sync my phone to the vehicle. She made sure we understood every detail about the vehicle. Great experience! I highly recommend Robert and Jaclyn for my friends and family.
