Fraudulent Dealer
TERRIBLE experience, would provide 0 stars if I could! I was lied to by my salesperson about complimentary loaner vehicles just to "close the deal"! Now (6 months later) dealership says they will not honor his promise. Buyer beware, they will scam you! Very fraudulent business practices!

New Highlander
My husband and I were shopping for a new SUV to replace our old one. We were introduced to Jaclyn and from the start we felt comfortable and in good hands. Jaclyn listened to all of our concerns, answered our questions, and was patient with us as we narrowed our search. We decided on a 2018 highlander as it is just right for our growing family. We are new to the Toyota family and feel like we made the right choice. We highly recommend Checkerd Flag, and Jaclyn to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great Customer Service!
As soon as we arrived at Checkered Flag Toyota it was nothing but a great experience. We had Robby help us and he was nothing but great! We were in a bad position with our current car and I can honestly say he went above and beyond to help us. We felt very comfortable with him, and he wasn't pushy at all! Robby was also extremely knowledgeable about all the cars and specials going on. We look forward to returning to Checkered Flag Toyota again soon!
