Vick Webb, product specialist at Checkered Flag Toyota, went above and beyond my expectations in making sure my husband and I purchased the exact vehicle we want at the best price we could get, he has also offered to help us install car seat covers and our baby car seat after we purchased the vehicle. Garrett was great! Painless experience.
On Christmas my car was totaled in an accident that was the other party's account. Rightfully, I was flustered and confused on what my next step was in finding a new car. Previously, I was leasing a 2017 Toyota Corolla which I loved and was heartbroken that I no longer had that car. I gave Checkered Flag Toyota a call, telling them my situation, kind of blabbering because I had never been in this situation. Garrett was the lucky salesman that took my sale. I came in the very next day, and Garrett took care of me and I had a new 2017 Toyota Corolla in my name within 2 hours. The experience was so painless and Garrett was friendly and extremely helpful! I highly recommend Checkered Flag Toyota, and I highly recommend Garrett Clark as a salesman! Thanks!

Excellence in customer service
Christopher Robinson exceeded our expectations as a sales professional. All of our question and concerns were answered to our satisfaction.
