Great service

I received the best service from Robert Cameron he was very knowledgeable about the inventory and I enjoyed my car buying experience I will definitely be returning to Checkered flag Toyota.

Great customer service

When I started my search for a preowned Toyota I looks at several web sites and was able to narrow the search down to 4 vehicles at Checkered Flag. I arrives at Checkered Flag and met Robert Cameran who greeted and assisted me.I found him to be very knowledgeable about the different models and options available. What I quickly found out is that the price of the cars are displayed on the vehicles and are right in line with Kelly Blue Book. This was truly a no hassle experience which was quite refreshing as opposed to some other experiences that I have had at car dealers. Robert walked me through the whole experience with zero pressure, but did detail everything the dealership had to offer. I would defiantly recommend this dealership as well as Robert Cameron as a sales rep.

Excellent sales process

Best Car-Buying Experience!

After other car-buying experiences that we have had, we thought that we would always have to battle with sales managers, arguing over vehicle prices, trade in values and the best interest rates. We wondered if that was the process we would have to go through each time we needed to buy a car. But after our recent experience at Checkered Flag Toyota, we realized that it didn?t have to be that way. We understand that the purchasing process has to be fair for the dealership as well as the customer and we felt that our time at Checkered Flag was the best. We had a very positive experience. Our product specialist Jaclyn was awesome and was very thorough. She answered all of our questions, took her time and showed us three different vehicles. She was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Jaclyn helped us find an amazing Toyota Tacoma that we really wanted. This was by far the most enjoyable car-buying experience that we?ve ever had! We weren?t rushed or pressured into anything. We would highly recommend everyone visit Checkered Flag for their car-buying needs and ask for Jaclyn.

"I found the perfect car and the perfect salesperson

Vick Webb did everything he could to make my buying a car enjoyable.He spent a lot time walking and driving me around the lot to see cars. He didn't give up on my Cd player.
