Garrett Clark was able to find me the car that I wanted with low mileage in the color I wanted, which is not always easy with a used vehicle. Garrett was easy to work with and very responsive. I am looking forward to the free oil changes! JUST FOUND OUT THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!

We just found out by a mechanic that the certified used car we bought at Checkered Flag in Va Beach had previously been in an accident before we bought it. It has considerable internal damage that needs to be repaired, and Checkered Flag is saying we had the accident after we bought it. Don't you think I would have known if I had an accident? They said someone must have hit it in the parking lot but the radiator is bent in and there is damage to the suspension. Don't you think there would also be considerable external visible damage? Another mechanic said the entire front end would have been smashed in or falling off.

Knowledgeable Salesperson......interested in my need/s and the price was much better than I expected! My pleasant and businesslike experience will be remembered when it comes time to buy my next car.
