Wonderful Experience

We started our day at Checkered Flag Toyota looking for a new car. Jaclyn Campbell happily greeted us and was ready to answer ALL of our questions all day! Her knowledge and service helped us leave the same night with a new Corolla and feeling very confident in our decision.

Excellence Service with tires & vehicle purchases

Tire pressure light came on. Called Charles Barker because they are closer to my residence/work, and they said to come in. Went this afternoon, and technician said it would be a 2 hour wait (for tire check!). Tried to go to gas stations but two were backed up with other customers. Called Checkered Flag. They said to come in, and there would not be a wait. When I got there, I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady who immediately took my vehicle, added some air and discovered I had a small screw in tire. She immediately got a tire technician who pulled out screw. He also gave me a tire gauge. They greeted me warmly and took care of my issue immediately. I asked to speak with their manager so I could express my satisfaction, but since she was in a meeting, they suggested I post a review. Also, purchased two vehicles from them. When I was shopping for a Hylander 3 years ago, Charles Barker salesman would not give me the time of day (which was sad since I had purchased my minivan from them). Came to Checkered Flag and purchased one. it was such a great experience, a month later, we purchased another vehicle. we have been pleased with the customer service and vehicles. My experiences are completely different than the prior Toyota dealership. I highly recommend Checkered Flag.

Review after buying car.

The best place to buy a car you want. Thanks to Malik Carson, Vick Webb, Dave Lee and Jordan Weekley I found the car I wanted.

2018 Tacoma Purchase

I worked with Jaclyn Campbell while working on the purchase of a 2018 Tacoma. Her and the staff around her were professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. In addition to their great service, there was no pressure to buy anything I was not interested in. I enjoyed the painless experience.

Best place to get a car from!

First Time buyer

For this being my first official car, this experience may have started scary for me. However they made it less of a stressful decision and more of a new journey the best way possible.

Great service from Jaclyn

Jaclyn helped me buy a 2018 Camary and all went very well. But be aware Big Toyato has placed a new Nav system in Camary and it uses a SCOUT app that is very unreliable. They know about it but apparently are not interested in improving. No moving map, about one in ten times you can get an address to be recognized to get the directions and the data down load is on your account. Your phone with a suction cup on the screen would be much better and easier My goggle maps or Garland is far superior!!! Not very impressive for or from Toyato engineering!! Beware!!! This will be my last Toyato

Excellent service

I came into this dealership not knowing anything and he took good care of me. His work and professionalism is well beyond exceptional. I was able to get the best price on the car I really wanted and I glad I came here. This was my first car purchase and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I was given.
