Quick and easy

Immediately after showing up to checkered flag, she helped me find the perfect vehicle. She has an upbeat personality and made the whole process run smooth and quick. I was in and out within a few hours, with a brand new truck.

2017 HIGHLANDER

We traded 2016 Toyota Highlander to newer Highlander. Alex Suarez helped us to go through all process. We had best shopping experience at Checkered Flag Toyota. JR Great Service

RAV4 Purchase

This was my first car purchase in quite a few years, so I was a bit hesitant about the whole process. My parents and I had the pleasure of working with Jaclyn, who did an excellent job walking us through the process. She did her very best to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for us, answering any of our questions, assuring that we felt well taken care of. We could all tell that she was more than willing to go above and beyond the requirements of her job; at one point we were trying to figure out getting to and from picking up our lunch, and because no shuttle service was currently available, she personally drove my dad. I appreciate an employee who makes sure her customers don't go hungry! :) All in all, I walked away feeling that Jaclyn had put great effort to helping me know this new vehicle inside and out, along with the process of purchasing the car, so that I could go forward knowing I had made the right decision. Thank you for making this memory a happy one!

Surprising

I was very surprised with the service that I got salesperson Mr. Chas Engle direct honesty no sugar coating was awesome I hate dealerships what Mr. Chase was up front honest about everything they had my car for 2 days on his day off he came in to check on and when he was not had help from Ms or Mrs I said both because I don't know which one and don't want to disrespect but the communication between those two about my carwas incredible this two with out a doubt should be recommended for management position ASAP

new tacoma purchase!

Just bought a new 2017 Tacoma SR5 4x4. Crysania Davenport and Demario Street were awesome to work with. Very quick and knowledgable about tacoma trucks. also enjoyed working with Pamela when we finished the paperwork

Product Specialist Jordan Weekley

I would highly recommend to use Jordan Weekley as your personal sales representative to purchase any Toyota vehicle you might be looking into buying. I originally went into the dealership to look at the 4 Runner but also wanted to see what other vehicle would be consider a larger SUV. Once Jordan took his time to show us all what the Toyota Highlander had to offer we were pretty much sold on all it had to offer. I have to say Jordan did not pressure us in anyway. He actually gave us a couple days and while checking out other dealerships and what they had to offer we choose to go back and use Jordan for our transaction. I can't express enough his personal touch and just being a great guy. He really made us feel like family. And again before we drove off the lot he personally sat in the vehicle and went over the things we need to know to operate the vehicle. He also expressed to us if we have any questions in the future that he would be more than happy to show us. I plan to thank Jordan in my own personal way for making this purchase not a stressful one. But again, I would like to highly recommend to use Jordan as your personal sales person. He is just a all around good guy.
