Arrived at Checkered Flag Toyota to finance a used Certified car. After talking with Kathleen Hickey about leasing and financing I eneded up leaving with a Brand new Corolla for the same price as financing a used vehicle. I learned a lot about leasing (pros and cons). She answered or found answers to all pf my questions. Kathleen and the Lessor Al stayed past normal buisness hours to finish my transaction and deliver my car that night. Again thank you very much for your great service and excellent buying experience. Definitely made me a Checkered Flag buyer for life.

I went in to buy my first car. Jordan Weekley knew what I wanted from previous communication and had everything prepared for me with great options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Never bought a brand new car before so I did my research and was very pleased with this dealership. The finance agent, the guy who test drove our trade in, the secretaries and manager, who wished us well at the conclusion of our business, were all contributors to an excellent experience. Went in to look at a Tacoma and Jordan Weekley was there in minutes. The entire process was literally the easiest car buy I ever had. No pressure type of atmosphere. Jordan answered all my questions, and even had YouTube videos pulled up to pass time while paperwork was being done. Great experience.

They were ready for me when I arrived, had the notes from scheduler so they knew exactly what needed to be fixed. I left my car, and had someone from my office pick me up and take me to work. I asked if my car would be ready by the end of the day, and it was. Carlos Polanco is one of the best service adviser that I ever dealt with, he keeps you inform and tell you what issues need to be fixed and which ones can wait. When I had, my dashboard repaired Carlos took the extra step to get a car rental, and on top of that he called me every day and told me the progress the technicians were making. If anyone ever needs a good service advisor that treats you with respect I would recommend that you deal with Mr. Carlos Polanco he will take care of you from start to finish.
