This was my first experience with Checkerd Flag Toyota. I learned of them through a family member who purchase a vechile from them not too long ago. I was very apprehensive at first because I have been turned down so many times everywhere else. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I wasn't even considering a new vechile thinking my credit score was way too low as well out of my price range. Tony Wallace was very helpful and courteous he took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. Tony went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the vechile. With Tony's excellent customer service I was able to receive not only a new vechlie that I love, but something I can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked as far as the technology and was made sure everything was set up properly. I feel even more satisfied knowing that he made sure I was in the right vechile for me; instead of just a vechile right now. I can't say enough about Tony as my sales contact; there was no pressure he was outstanding. I highly recommend Tony to anyone who is searching for a new or even a used vechile. I am very pleased with my vehicle and wanted to say "Thank You"!

WOW!!! GO!!! You Too will be AMAZED!!!!

The nightmarish " high pressure" sales tactics employed in the past made me a totally hesitant partner in ever stepping foot in ANY car lot ever again. On Sat May 6 I reluctantly accompanied my husband Dan to confirm the "true " color of the Toyota Tacoma we were building online. Our 06 was wonderful but his dream was to have a larger one that could more easily transport our 2 dogs for traveling. We were greeted by Jaclyn Campbell who, to my total amazement, was able to break down every preconceived notion of what a car buying experience should be. We did not just "glance", we were able to fully relax, be ourselves, and explain to her what we needed not only in that Tacoma, but we also found a Corolla right there on the show room floor that was several thousand dollars less than a Honda my husband was going to buy for long work commutes. I was able to see every color Tacoma on the lot only to settle on the Tacoma that sat right beside the Corolla! Through the entire process Jaclyn was the epitome of grace. She handled all of our questions and concerns not like the typical salesperson of long ago,--but more like should I say a like GREAT friend; someone who WANTS you to be TRULY HAPPY and ENJOY LIFE. Jaclyn is a BLESSING ! :) P.S. Even her coworkers were great. I saw amazing teamwork displayed.My heartfelt thanks go out to Michael and the many others,-including her amazing Boss, Sandra! What else can I say ,--JUST GO. VISIT. You will be amazed at their '''no hassle", "no haggle ", and "no pressure" approach to selling vehicles. We stopped by to look at at paint colors. That was it. We ended up buying two side by side showroom vehicles that ended up costing a whole lot less than we could ever imagine. Go. You just may be just as amazed as us at what they can do for you! P.P.S. Jaclyn, Sandra,-- I am NOT a writer. It takes TIME for me to write. I have to tell both of you strong, smart, and encouraging women that in my eyes I see you as "SUPER WOMEN". I wish you a heart felt "Happy Mother's Day!!! You, Jacklyn, for being such a wonderful mom to your beautiful children and to you Sandra for being such a an amazing mom to your beautiful little dog and for giving your kitty the gift of life!!!! ;)

Great experience!

Demario made buying a car easy and quick. He went above and beyond. I got exactly what I wanted and more. I love my new 2017 Rav4! I highly recommend him. The financial manager Sandra was awesome too! I really appreciate you both!

The best!

Excellent Service from the salesmen

I have left a review before stating how the car is not the reason I give this a high rating. What impressed me was the customer service from the salesmen at the store. Mr. Tony Wallace was simply put amazing. Me and my wife have been to a few dealerships and he is the first one who did not treat us as another customer but as a friend. He was honest and funny and helped as at every corner and with every issue we had. He resolved these problems without thought. We also notice he was a great teacher as he was teaching and showing Mr. Vick Webb certain things pertaining to purchasing a car and we were intrigued at how Mr. Webb was eager to learn and never told us any false information that he was unsure of. Mr. Wallace helped with all of the business aspect of the deal while Mr. Webb assisted us in the searching process and answering any and all questions that we had. These two gentlemen together made it hard to say no when they went out of their way to make us comfortable and to show us anything we asked for. We just want to say thank you to Mr. Tony Wallace and Mr. Vick Webb for the experience and for making my wife a very happy woman with her new vehicle. Thank you

A VERY Satisfisfied Customer

Tatsiana was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient. She laid out my options and not ever did I feel pressured to buy a car. I felt very comfortable and not like I was with a pushy sales person. I had a TERRIFIC car buying experience!!!
